🧺 FOLDING, PUTTING AWAY, MACHINE USE

 Do you wash clothes?

We only run your machines — not full wash prep or sorting. For Tier 2 or 3, we’ll load your machines and help manage clean/dry loads, but you must provide clear detergent instructions.

Will you put away the clothes?

Only if you select the $20 add-on (Tier 1 & 2). It’s included by default in Tier 3. If you don’t choose it, you must clearly tell us where folded items should be left.

What if I forget to label drawers or give unclear instructions?

 We’ll do our best — but cannot guarantee perfect placement. If it’s unclear, we may stack neatly in a nearby bin or surface.

🚪 HOME ENTRY & SAFETY

 Do I have to greet the provider in person?

 Yes. No buzzer code hunts, no gate finessing. Meet them at the door — every time.

Can you come after 3PM?

 No. All services must start before 3PM and finish by 7PM. That’s non-negotiable.

 Are your providers background checked?

Yes. Everyone passes a background check and service training before entering any home.

What if I have kids, pets, or roommates home too?

That’s fine — as long as the environment is clean, respectful, and safe for your provider to work in.

 Will you fold fitted sheets?

We will. And we’re not bad at it either.

Can I request a playlist or folding vibe?

Totally. We love a good folding flow — just keep it safe for work. Or let us pick something mellow and productive.

 Do I have to talk to the provider the whole time?

Nope. You can chat, chill, work, nap, and our provider may enjoy silence to focus on folding — we’re here to fold, not interrupt your day.
