🧺 How to Get the Most Out of Your Fullbins Visit

(and keep things smooth for everyone)

Hey there, laundry legend — we’re really glad you’re here. If you’ve booked (or are thinking about booking) a Fullbins session, this quick guide will help you get the most from it.

Whether you chose folding only, fold + load, or the full works, here’s how to make sure your visit goes smoothly, saves time, and respects everyone involved (including you!).

Folded Towels

🧺 #1: Choose the Tier That Fits

We offer three clear service levels:

  • Tier 1: Folding Only (Pre-washed laundry only)
     

  • Tier 2: Fold + Load Washer/Dryer (We fold what’s clean, load what’s dirty)
     

  • Tier 3: Wash, Fold + Put Away (Premium, full-service care)
     

Each tier comes with a maximum service window (usually between 1–2.5 hours), so it’s helpful to check whether your laundry load fits into that timeframe.

 

Example: 5 full loads may not be realistic for Tier 2 within 2 hours.


If you're unsure what fits, just reach out — we’re happy to help you book the right match.

⏱️ #2: Give Your Washer a Head Start

For Tier 2 and Tier 3 services, please have at least one load already running before we arrive. Bonus points if one is in the dryer! For Tier 1, having all clothes you want folded before our arrival will help! 

 

Why? Machines take time — washers typically run 35–45 minutes.


If your service window includes waiting on laundry to finish, it cuts into the time we can spend folding and organizing. 

✅ Pro Tip: Start loads before your session so it's ready to switch (or already dry) by the time we get there.

✨  #3: We're Fast, Not Magic

Fullbins is built for efficiency, care, and clarity — not for transforming chaos into a showroom closet in 60 minutes.

Here’s what to keep in mind:

  • We don’t process every load you own in one visit
     

  • We stick to the time window of the tier you selected
     

  • If instructions aren’t clear, we’ll use our best judgment — but we can’t guarantee it’ll match your exact preferences
     

🧼 If you want your laundry put away, please select that option when booking.


If you have specific areas where clothes should go, letting your provider know in person helps a ton.

🙏  #4: Help Us Get In — No Code Hunts

For apartment-style or gated homes:
Please plan to step outside and greet your provider when they arrive.

We do not troubleshoot buzzer panels, apartment codes, or hunt down building managers.


That quick hello makes a big difference — in time, safety, and good vibes.
